TCF Bank recognized students at Eden Prairie High School on March 27 for completing a web-based financial management program.

TCF partnered with EverFi, Inc. an education technology company, to bring the “TCF Bank Financial Scholars Program” to more than 20 high schools in Minnesota. The recognition event included remarks from Rep. Jenifer Loon, Mark Goldman of TCF, Eden Prairie School Board Chair Ranee Jacobus and Eden Prairie High School teacher Jim Eisenreich, according to a news release.

The 10-unit course offers over six hours of programming aimed at teaching, assessing and certifying students in a variety of financial topics including credit scores, insurance, credit cards, student loans, mortgages, taxes, stocks and savings, the release said.
