Welcome to the Loon Campaign

Eden Prairie is one of the best cities in the state! We have strong schools, charitable organizations, businesses, faith communities and even greater people. Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your voice in St. Paul.

My work in the legislature has focused upon improving our economy and growing jobs so that all Minnesota families can thrive. By reducing our tax burden and eliminating unnecessary regulations, we can create a stronger business climate in our state that increases economic opportunities, now and in the future. Educating our children to their greatest potential so they can successfully compete in tomorrow's job market is important to all of us. That begins with rigorous academic standards, strong support from parents, adequate funding and accountability for results. You work hard, and government should give taxpayers the best value for your dollars. In fighting against wasteful spending, and insisting upon measurable results for all government programs, I will continue to be a watchdog over intrusive government and insist upon efficient delivery of essential services.

It is a privilege and an honor to represent our community. I invite you to share your comments and suggestions on issues important to you--they always help me do a better job representing Eden Prairie.
